How do we set up Two Way Texting and Emails?
We will set up a phone number under our messaging service at a 20% discounted rate if you are to use Twilio as a providor. You will be charged a $10 monthly fee for the phone number and SMS segments are charges at $0.042 USD instead of $0.049 USD.
I have seen something similar when I worked with my agency, is this the same?

Do we need to set up our custom domain for our funnels and websites?
If you have a domain that you would like to use, we can provide the information required for you to update your DNS with your host. As part of onboarding, we will create a domain that can be used natively with landing pages that are loaded in your ACR account, saving you the hassle of updating DNS records
Do I need to have Calendly or other calendar platforms?
You will not need any other calendar software as ACR has in build calendar system that you can create as many individual calendars or team calendars and with option of taking payment directly from your booking calendars.
I have a WordPress website, how can I link this with ACR?
We have the ability to embed an ACR form onto Wordpress sites or any websites to natively integrate with ACR and bring leads into the CRM without having to use Zapier or addition subscriptions to WP Forms

We currently integrate with Membership CRM such as Mindbody and Gymmasters, however we have a natively integrated with Xoda which is our Membership CRM system that allows you to members app, payment management and class scheduling.
Can I take payments via ACR and send invoices?
You can take payments via Stripe in ACR by building a landing page, or send a direct link to your clients via text or email.
I am not that great a building automations, how can ACR help me?
We have over 70+ automations built for you that has taken the experience of 5+ fitness business owners for you to have the ability to plug and play. However if you want something more specific to your business, you can hire our team to customize your build or you can attend the weekly coaching sessions to learn the craft of building automations.
Is this like Click Funnels, Lead Page or Swip Pages?
ACR has native funnel builder and web builder just like CF, LP and many other website builders. All hosted by our services without costing any additional hosting fee.
Active Campaign and Mail Chimp charge additional fees for contacts, how many contacts can I have in ACR?
We don’t tier your contact limits like other providers, you can have up to 10,000 contacts in every account. If you want to add more contacts, there will be an additional hosting fee for $15pm for extra 5000 contacts
